Plan Your Memories takes each client through a planning process consisting of finance, style, theme, decor, scheduling, & contracting. The step by step process is outlined to keep the planning organized. Each meeting is about 1 hour and the topics discussed will be based on your calendar year. Once these are all discussed, your consultant will research and provide you with photographs, prices and alternative ideas for your wedding via email or at your next meeting. Meetings will occur twice per month to go over details, not including site visits. Phone & email contact is unlimited. Site visits can be done with or
without the bride and groom. Vendor visits will be done on your behalf for research purposes only. Once a suitable vendor is located your consultant will manage and arrange appointments, contracts and payments. Weekly and/or monthly email and/or phone reminders will be provided to keep the planning process a flow.
