Our services are available to meet the specific needs of every client.
While planning an event can be lots of fun it can also be time
consuming for the normal working individual.
The average person will work between 60-70 hours per week leaving no room for planning an event. Hiring an event coordinator ensures every detail
will be managed professionally while putting your mind at ease.
An appointment is scheduled to meet and discuss your event.
The first meeting ( A $125 Value) is complimentary and last about one hour.
This gives you the opportunity to get to know the coordinator prior to committing to any services. Upon hiring Plan Your Memories Inc a second appointment is scheduled where all event details are listed and discussed,
and the planning begins.
*A portion of PYM proceeds is contributed to a foundation
of your choice for all contracted clients.
